Seeder machine SMV-1J

【Feature】・High-efficiency seeder machine improved so that everyone could make more precise seeder tape in less labor than before one. ・Work efficiency has been improved by changing the distance adjustment and winding length settings to numerical input methods using a touch panel. The tape speed and seed feed speed ratio are controlled synchronously, so there is no misalignment between plants due to rotational fluctuations during operation. ・The touch panel message display function improves visibility and work efficiency. Automatically stops when winding is complete, thread breaks, seeds are insufficient, or tape is insufficient, and a message is displayed with the contents. ・The vacuum pump is fixed to the pump box frame for increased safety. Additionally, the inside of the vacuum pump is treated with anti-corrosion treatment to reduce the occurrence of rust.

Characteristics	Water Soluble
Feature	Dissolving in moist soil, so that any seed can germinate. You can choose this material for the wide range of crops including both direct-seeding and transe-plantation.
Cautions	This might go insoluble if it touched something storng acid or alkari. To avoid dissolve and stick to each other, please refrain from using in case of rain or fog.
